Attend the Veteran’s Day Memorial Ceremony
It’s not too early to plan for the annual North Aurora Veteran’s Day Memorial Ceremony on Wed., Nov. 11 at the Veterans Memorial Plaza located at Willow Way and Farview Dr. Mark your calendars and plan to attend this significant event. The ceremony will feature opening
remarks from Village President Dale Berman and other officials representing our area, along with a flag ceremony by the Fox Valley Marines and a three-volley salute by our own North Aurora Police Honor Guard. Please join us as we honor and commemorate our Veterans who have served and defended our country and our freedom.

Plan your block party
Residents who are planning a block party and would like to request permission for the temporary closure of a portion of your street please contact the Police Department for an application. Block Party Applications must be submitted a minimum of 14 days in advance of the planned date of the party. Once approved, the Public Works Department will deliver
barricades to block the street, on the last working day prior to the party and will pick them up on the first working day after the party. For further details about the block party policy and process please review the Block Party Application form, available on the Village of North Aurora website on the Forms page at
